Karina Wang is a composer, arranger, sound designer and orchestrator from Shenzhen and Hong Kong, specializing in music for video games, interactive media, and narrative-driven projects. Her work blends cinematic orchestration, ambient textures, and subtle electronic elements, drawing inspiration from composers such as Jóhann Jóhannsson, Theodore Shapiro, Lena Raine, Nikita Kryukov, and Marcin Przybyłowicz.

Karina is currently pursuing her studies in Game and Interactive Media Scoring at Berklee College of Music, where she focuses on crafting emotionally resonant soundscapes and adaptive music systems for games. She has contributed original music and sound design to multiple indie titles and collaborative projects, including cross-institutional work with developers from the University of Southern California. In addition to her work in game audio, she arranges and produces for songwriters, creating detailed string arrangements and stylistically versatile tracks.

Deeply passionate about the relationship between music, gameplay, and storytelling, Karina continues to explore new approaches to interactive scoring, world-building through sound, and the psychology of player experience. She strives to expand her creative vocabulary, experiment beyond her comfort zone, and shape musical worlds that feel atmospheric, intimate, and alive.
